We are seeking a highly skilled Nephrology Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients with end-stage renal disease.
About the Role:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Promote education and awareness about kidney health and disease prevention
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
- Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
