We are actively hiring for roles at our locations in Maryland, as well as other locations in Virginia, and we invite you to join our team of passionate clinicians who embody a growth mindset and deliver a patient-centered experience with rehabilitative care.

Who We Are Looking For:
  • Clinicians who believe in educating to empower, feedback as a gift, playing offense (proactive) is better than being on defense (reactive), and perfect action > perfect results.
Duties:
  • Evaluate and assess patients' physical condition and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises, stretches, and manual techniques.
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient evaluations, progress, and treatment plans.
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with patients and their families.
  • Excellent problemsolving and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in using therapeutic equipment and modalities.
  • Familiarity with pediatric orthopedic & sports physical therapy is a plus.
