Job Title: Travel Imaging Specialist - Radiology Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Imaging Specialist - Radiology Technologist to join our team at Travel Nurse Across America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for utilizing computed tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images of patients' internal organs and tissues.

About the Role:
  • Perform imaging procedures using computed tomography (CT) technology to obtain high-quality images for medical interpretation.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures by following established protocols and guidelines.
  • Position patients correctly for scanning specific areas of their bodies, using anatomical knowledge and technical skills.
  • Evaluate CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality, identifying any issues that may require re-scanning.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, including imaging requests, patient identification, and scan results.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in computed tomography (CT) technology or related field.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • ARRT (R) National Certification with registration in radiologic technology.
  • State-specific licensure when required.
Estimated Salary:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week.
