Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to wholesale and retail customers, answering their questions and recommending solutions.
- Work closely with customers to determine their needs and provide personalized support.
- Process sales transactions accurately and consistently meet sales goals.
- Assist customers in person and over the phone, pulling products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
- Stock shelves and set up displays to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Clean store equipment and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition of assigned areas, including the sales floor and warehouse.
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
- Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
- Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
- Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
