About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at UT Health Carthage. As a CT Tech, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic, interventional, and therapeutic procedures for patients of all ages, ensuring accurate and complete examinations/treatments.
  • Organize and document all aspects of assigned patient care, collaborating with radiologists, nursing personnel, and other departments to ensure timely performance of radiology procedures.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities, contributing to the collection of data for quality improvement initiatives.
  • Assume responsibility for professional growth and development, engaging in educational activities to promote continuous improvement and compliance with patient care standards.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiology program.
  • Two to three years of experience as a diagnostic technologist.
  • CPR certification (all levels) and Basic Life Support within 90 days of hire date.
  • Preferred certification in C.T., MRI, or Special Procedures.
