Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt and courteous dining service to residents and guests by accurately taking and delivering orders.
- Prepare and maintain dining areas before and after meal service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with meal preparation and presentation under the supervision of kitchen staff.
- Adhere to dietary restrictions and special requests to meet residents' health needs.
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in all dining and food preparation areas in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Engage with residents to foster a warm and social dining environment, being attentive to their preferences and feedback.
- Support inventory management by stocking and organizing supplies.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance service quality continuously.
Compensation:
The salary for this position is USD $19.00 per hour. This figure reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives, nor does it account for the value of our benefits program. Compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in dining services or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
