Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care in the Emergency Department, utilizing your expertise and skills to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide education to patients and families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Washington or multistate for NLC eligible states and positions.
- At least 2 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse (ER) in a hospital setting.
- Current BLS (AHA or ARC) certification.
- ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc. certifications as needed per specialty.
