Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Recommend and promote KEMBA Financial Credit Union products and services to meet members' financial needs.
  • Process business member transactions, including teller and cash transactions, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to audit controls.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work effectively with staff and management to achieve sales and service goals, while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent education or experience.
  • Prior customer service experience, with a strong focus on sales and service.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and exceptional communication skills.
  • Basic PC skills, including Windows operating system.
