Job Title: Computed Tomography Technologist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join their team for a 13-week travel assignment in Baker City, Oregon.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Computed Tomography Technologist to work in our radiology department. As a Computed Tomography Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body's internal structures. You will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body's internal structures.
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients correctly.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and techniques.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Computed Tomography Technologist.
  • Current certification in Computed Tomography (CT) from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
