* Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall job satisfaction.

* Oversee the administration of HR systems, to ensure accurate and timely payment of employee benefits.
* Conduct employee orientation sessions, providing an in-depth introduction to our company culture, policies, and procedures.
* Coordinate and facilitate employee training programs, including compliance training, to ensure employees have the necessary skills to perform their job effectively.
* Negotiate employment agreements and other HR-related contracts.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures related to human capital management, such as FMLA and OSHA compliance.
* Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and equity.
* Develop and manage budgets for HR initiatives and programs.
* Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager or in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of human capital management principles and practices.
* Experience with HR systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to negotiate employment agreements and other HR-related contracts.
