Compensation Package
  • $90,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing patients' physical conditions, developing and implementing effective treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care.


Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and flexibility
  • Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatments to enhance functionality and alleviate pain
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed

Qualifications
  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or license eligible
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, proficient in developing and implementing effective treatment plans, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
