Reports to: Senior Project Manager

POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for a Project Administrator to assist Project Managers in the areas of project organization, administration, and financial oversight.

  • Support project organization, administration, and financial oversight
  • Provide administrative assistance including documentation, filing, and correspondence management
  • Prepare procurement orders and assess invoices
  • Ensure proper maintenance of project files
  • Manage billing processes, permits, and inspections

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma with an Associate's degree in Business Administration preferred
  • At least seven years of experience in an administrative or project coordination capacity within the construction industry
  • Familiarity with construction documentation, strong administrative capabilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
