Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Social Worker to join our Behavioral Health team at Signet Health. As a PRN Unit Social Worker, you will provide direct clinical social work services to patients and their families, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to complete psychosocial assessments, conduct groups, and facilitate marital and family therapies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct clinical social work services to patients and their families
  • Complete psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Conduct groups and facilitate marital and family therapies
  • Maintain contact with nursing homes, medical-surgical units, and other facilities to promote the program and provide education
  • Participate in agency-wide training programs and in-services
  • Provide quality and timely clinical documentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in behavioral health
  • Experience in facilitating patients' access to community resources and conducting therapeutic groups
  • Adult inpatient psychiatric and/or substance use experience preferred
  • Flexibility to adjust to the needs of a fast-paced environment
  • Effective problem-solving skills and proficient oral/written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • LICSW, LPC, or eligible for endorsement
  • LGSW with experience

Salary Range: $46.62/Hourly Rate
