As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will provide personalized physical therapy services to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Requirements:
  • Accredited Education: Possess a graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist program and maintain active licensure in Colorado.
  • Clinical Experience: Bring a minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience, preferably in home healthcare settings.
  • Specialized Skills: Demonstrate knowledge of state and federal home health regulations, as well as good clinical judgment, strong interpersonal skills, dexterity, and compassion.
