Position: Culinary SpecialistAs a Culinary Specialist at 1788 Chicken DBA Zaxby's, you will play a crucial role in the Back-of-House operations, ensuring that our customers receive outstanding meals whether dining in or taking out. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks including food preparation, cooking, portioning, and inventory management, all while adhering to our exceptional service and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize prep and production sheets to prepare menu items for service
- Cook, assemble, and package customer orders according to established procedures
- Maintain proper portion sizes, track food waste, and ensure food safety temperatures

- Available positions include both full-time and part-time; flexible scheduling throughout the week
