Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumbing Expert to join our team at Service Experts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic, service, and installation of plumbing in residential and light-commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnostic and Repair: Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner.
  • Installation and Maintenance: Assemble, install, or repair pipes, fittings, or fixtures of heating, water, or drainage systems in accordance with relevant codes.
  • Customer Service: Communicate with customers to answer questions, resolve problems, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Product Promotion: Promote products and services to customers.
  • Health and Safety: Report any unsafe acts, conditions, and hazards to direct supervisor/manager immediately.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent with on-the-job and formal classroom training in plumbing work in construction, maintenance, commercial, and residential environments.
  • Experience: Four years' experience in plumbing repair, maintenance, and installation in addition to on-the-job training.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Plumbing and/or gas license as required by local, state, provincial, or national governmental regulations. EPA and safety certifications required.
  • Skills: Proficient mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate all necessary tools and equipment to perform various plumbing projects. Knowledge of machines and tools used in the construction or repair of houses, buildings, and other structures.
Working Conditions

The Plumbing Expert will work in a variety of environmental conditions, including but not limited to the following: hot, cold, outdoor, indoor, dry, humid, slippery surfaces, heights, and congested areas.
