About the Role
In this Patient Services Representative position, you will play a vital role in supporting the Richmond Behavioral Health Authority's Crisis Receiving Center. Your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service to consumers and psychiatric providers, scheduling appointments, and managing inventory of supplies. You will also serve as the administrative assistant to the Medical Services Program Manager, assist with obtaining signatures for patient assistance applications, and review and prepare invoices for approval by the Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Scheduling appointments and coordinating multiple schedules
* Managing inventory of supplies and ordering materials as needed
* Tracking and submitting credit card purchase logs to the Finance Department
* Reviewing and preparing invoices for approval by the Program Manager
* Providing exceptional customer service to consumers and psychiatric providers

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a high school diploma or GED with coursework in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience providing administrative support in a healthcare setting. Considerable experience in customer service is also required. You must be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
