Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at K&G Fashion Superstore. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
- Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
- Assist with visual merchandising, store displays, and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked sales floor.
- Process customer transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in team selling initiatives and contribute to achieving sales volume and metrics goals.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering a world-class customer experience.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and climb a ladder to reach merchandise and supplies.
