We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care team at Swedish Health Services. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification within 6 months of hire
- 1 year of nursing experience (new to specialty)
