Nurse Specialist Labor and Delivery

NavitsPartners is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized patient care, prioritizing patient needs and ensuring timely interventions.
- Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Current RN licensure and certification in Labor and Delivery.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Experience working in Labor and Delivery or related specialty.
