Schedule and Compensation:

This full-time position requires 5 days on, 2 days off, with weekends included. The salary for this role is approximately $6,000-$10,000 per month, consisting of front gross and back finance gross commission, CSI, and unit bonuses.

Job Description:

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life. You will exhibit consultative selling skills, assisting customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.

You will continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority, knowing the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies. Your responsibilities will include performing high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles, following up with buyers to ensure successful referral business, and reporting directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

Requirements and Qualifications:

We are seeking an individual with 6 months to 1 year of recent Automotive Sales experience, who possesses valid driver's license and clean driving record. A self-starter mentality, proficient finance knowledge, documentation skills, phone etiquette, effective scheduling, phenomenal communication skills, and a professional, well-groomed personal appearance are required.
