Job Description:

A dynamic and enthusiastic individual is sought after to join ABA Provider Services as a Behavior Technician. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with individuals diagnosed with Autism, and will possess a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles.

The Behavior Technician will provide individual therapy to children on the Autism Spectrum, utilizing the principles of ABA in home and community settings. The candidate will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other professionals to individualize the needs of each child.

Responsibilities will include implementing strategies of ABA, measuring progress, documenting session notes, and maintaining clear lines of communication with the BCBA, program manager, family, and support staff.

The ideal candidate will possess at least one of the following:

  • Experience with children with disabilities or developmental delays in ABA settings
  • Experience as a Behavioral Therapist, Registered Behavior Technician, Developmental Interventionist, Child Development Specialist, or other related roles

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. A background check and drug screening will also be conducted.
