Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Be a Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications.
• Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications, adhere to food safety standards, and maintain a clean and sanitized work environment.
• Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
• Be an Owner: Drive the performance of the area, ensure quality and date control standards, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Develop, influence, and inspire others to work in a style that is respectful, supportive, and team-oriented.
