Job Summary

This PRN Occupational Therapist position is available at Vibra Hosp of Northern California, a leading LTAC Hospital. The successful candidate will work closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote optimal recovery and independence.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Create specialized treatment plans using evidence-based therapies and advanced technologies
  • Instruct patients and family members on follow-through programs and techniques
  • Document patient care in accordance with regulatory and accreditation requirements
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements
  • Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in the state where services are rendered
