Manufacturing Specialist

Aerotek connects skilled professionals with dynamic employers across North America. We are currently seeking an experienced Manufacturing Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with previous manufacturing experience to work in our molds and waxing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling wax molds to create various products, operating computer equipment and precision measuring instruments, and maintaining a clean work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble wax patterns using various skills outlined below
- Refer to work instructions, identification, and machine stock areas to prevent under or overworking patterns
- Perform Apply, Rub Down, Final Assembly processes
- Apply wax to acceptable Product Criteria limits
Shift Details:
This role is available on weekend shifts, including Friday to Sunday, with options for day (6:00am - 6:00pm) and night shifts (6:00pm - 6:00am). You will be paid for 40 hours per week.
Requirements:
- Prior manufacturing, industrial, assembly, or construction experience
- Mechanical aptitude and strong willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to lift items intermittently, with assistance provided for weights exceeding 35 pounds
