Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced diesel mechanic to lead our team in maintaining and repairing our fleet of vehicles. As a leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are maintained and safe for our customers.

Salary:$33.15 per hour plus shift differential

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair trucks and trailers with little or no supervision.
  • Perform preventive maintenance services on a timely basis.
  • Repair and troubleshoot major components such as engines, transmissions, and differentials.
  • Keep your work area clean and safe.
  • Use Penske's tools and technologies to log, research, and complete repairs.

Requirements:
  • 6 years of practical experience with truck and tractor-trailer maintenance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
  • Specialized training and experience in the diagnosis/troubleshooting of major components (engines, transmissions, differentials).
  • Valid driver's license required, CDL preferred.
