Senior Accounting Position

NVT Staffing is seeking a highly qualified Comptroller Manager to join its team. This senior-level position is responsible for managing accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial management: Oversee the company's financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Compliance and risk management: Ensure adherence to GAAP, regulatory requirements, and internal policies to minimize risk.
  • Team leadership: Supervise accounting staff, providing guidance and training on accounting practices and procedures.
  • Process improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP, accounting analysis, and reporting standards.
