Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment with care and follow safety protocols
  • Clean and maintain kitchen floors, walls, drains, and equipment to the highest standards
  • Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all FOH floors, windows, trash, and designated areas
  • Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all restroom areas, including restocking supplies and reporting any issues
