Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform moderate and high complexity clinical laboratory tests in various disciplines, including Blood Bank, Microbiology, Manual Procedures, and Automated Procedures.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure smooth workflow and efficient test processing.
  • Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of laboratory procedures, policies, and protocols.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
  • MLT (ASCP or AMT) or MT (ASCP or AMT) or MLS (ASCP) certification.
  • Less than one year of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
