Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in speech therapy and will be responsible for providing high-quality services to students with communication disorders.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage a moderate caseload of students, focusing on those with mild to moderate speech and language challenges.
  • Collaborate with two onsite SLPs to ensure comprehensive support for all students.
  • Conduct assessments and implement treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders, adhering to their Individual Educational Plans (IEP).
  • Provide guidance on augmentative communication systems as necessary.
Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Communication Disorders is required.
  • Must hold a valid license to practice in the state.
  • Experience in an educational setting is preferred but not mandatory.
