We are seeking an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in complex litigation, including construction, contract, personal injury, premises liability, and other areas of expertise. Appellate and trial experience are highly valued.

The successful candidate will possess excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, as well as attention to detail. They will be confident in taking depositions and presenting oral arguments in the courtroom. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis to support complex litigation cases
  • Develop and implement effective case strategies
  • Prepare and present oral arguments in court
  • Take depositions and gather evidence
  • Collaborate with partners and team members to achieve client goals

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Litigation
  • Civil Litigation and Insurance Defense experience a plus
  • Excellent research and writing skills
  • Experience with case management systems
  • Ability to think strategically and work collaboratively
  • JD degree from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to the Washington State Bar Association (Oregon State Bar Association a plus)
