About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinarian to join our team at Main Street Veterinary Hospital. As a Lead Veterinarian, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading our veterinary team, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including physical examinations, surgeries, and dentistry
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service
  • Lead and mentor our veterinary team, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Drive business growth through strategic planning, marketing, and revenue generation
  • Stay up-to-date with new medical information and changes in veterinary medicine, attending continuing education meetings
Requirements
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university
  • Licensure in good standing to practice in the state of Texas
  • 3+ years of leadership/management experience, preferred
  • 3+ years of experience as a veterinarian, required
  • Professional comportment and appearance, with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly attitude
