Key Responsibilities:
As the RN Supervisor, your primary duties will include:
1. Planning and managing nursing services to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
2. Supervising daily nursing operations to maintain high standards of resident care.
3. Collaborating with the Nursing Director to enhance service delivery and emergency protocols.
4. Coordinating nursing activities in accordance with medical directives and care plans.
5. Leading charge nurses to guarantee effective care for residents.
6. Modifying care plans in partnership with medical staff to address urgent health needs.
7. Assuming full responsibility for operational decisions in the absence of superiors.
8. Ensuring proper staffing levels and communicating significant changes in resident conditions to their physicians.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A valid state RN license and be in good standing.
- Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- A cooperative spirit and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Preferred experience in long-term care settings.
- Knowledge of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices and regulations.

Additional Expectations:
Weekend on-call rotation is required for all RN Supervisor roles to support staff and residents effectively. Compensation details are available upon request.
