Senior Metalworker

**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Metalworker to join our team at Creative Environments Pool, Spa, and Landscape Design. As a senior member of our fabrication department, you will be responsible for leading our team of metalworkers and ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in field welding, building structures, and Flux Core welding, as well as supervisory experience. You should be able to read blueprints and build per plan, work in 100+ degree weather, and lift 50+ LBS throughout the day. A background check will be run to ensure a clean background and driving record.

**Responsibilities:**

• Lead a team of metalworkers to manufacture and fabricate finished metal products
• Ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
• Supervise and train junior metalworkers
• Conduct quality control checks on finished products
• Read blueprints and build structures per plan

**Qualifications:**

• 5+ years of applicable experience in field welding, building structures, and Flux Core welding
• Supervisory experience
• Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or other related fields
• Familiarity with welding tools and procedures
• Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics
• Ability to handle physical workload

**Estimated Salary:** $75,000 - $95,000 per year
