Job Summary:- We require a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care for patients requiring close monitoring and frequent assessments.
- The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of Acute Care RN experience and be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start.
- BLS and ACLS certifications are required, with ACLS to be obtained within 6 months of hire.
- BSN is preferred, and CCRN certification is a plus, to be obtained within 2 years.
- NIHSS stroke certification is required within 30 days.
- Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality.
- Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions.
- Provide high-focus care with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Nights (Rotating Weekends): $3 shift differential.
- Days (Rotating Weekends): $2 shift differential.
