Vault Teller/Backup CSR

Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank is a community bank in New Hampshire that serves the financial needs of business and consumers in the area. We are seeking a full-time Vault Teller/Backup CSR to join our team at the Meadow St. Office in Littleton.

Responsibilities:
  • Process customer transactions efficiently while providing superior customer service
  • Cross-sell financial institution products and services
  • May perform backup customer service duties: Opens all types of new accounts, Manages changes to all types of existing accounts and counsels customers on terms and changes of ownership, Accept consumer loan applications and corresponds with applicant for credit decision
  • Provide account services to customers including but not limited to processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, selling cashier's checks, etc.
  • Orders cash for the branch and works with the manager to keep branch cash levels at or below the branch limit.
  • Follows bank's security procedures to ensure security of cash.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to use and learn computer-based systems
  • Cash handling experience
  • Attention to detail
