Key Responsibilities
  • Provide authentic and friendly customer service that exceeds customer expectations
  • Drive sales by asking questions, guiding customers, and offering product options that meet their needs
  • Assist walk-ins on the sales floor and in the design studio as needed
  • Be an expert in store and online services, including credit, financing, warranty, installation, and delivery
  • Participate in operational aspects of the store, including processing new products, floor sets, replenishment, and general upkeep
Requirements
  • 1+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in a design-related environment
  • Passion for great customer service and a drive to exceed sales targets
  • Strong organization, self-motivation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Technical acumen to learn necessary software and proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office applications
