Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Mixologist to enhance our guest experience. The Mixologist is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality, creating genuine connections with guests, and delivering engaging service from the moment they arrive until their departure. Your role involves understanding guests' preferences while crafting exquisite beverages promptly. A quick-thinking individual with a friendly demeanor is essential for this position.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Welcoming guests as they enter or move through the bar area.
  • Ensuring the bar is properly set up and stocked each day.
  • Guiding guests through their beverage choices with descriptive menu suggestions.
  • Accurately taking orders and confirming any special requests.
  • Mastering the bar's offerings to enhance guest interactions.
  • Collaborating effectively with other restaurant staff and kitchen personnel.
  • Addressing guest concerns and guiding them to satisfactory resolutions.
  • Presenting bills in a timely and accurate manner to finalize the experience.
  • Managing the requisition and stocking of all beverages.
  • Maintaining the quality of fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables.
  • Mixing, garnishing, and presenting drinks according to standard recipes while practicing portion control.
  • Inputting orders into the register and creating checks for each guest.
  • Securing all beverages, food, and equipment, including cash drops and bank deposits.
