The Route Supervisor plays a crucial role in supporting the Commercial Department's goal of delivering exceptional customer service. Reporting to the District Manager, this individual will assist in managing route districts, ensuring a highly productive team through training, regular meetings, and daily check-ins.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist in developing a district to be a highly productive team through continual training and regular meetings.

• Support the District Manager in ensuring customer loyalty and outstanding customer service through customer visits, audits, and problem-solving.

• Lead the district to success by communicating changes and policies, evaluating route organization, and projecting a professional image.

• Collaborate with other departments in the branch to achieve common goals.

• Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed, including safety and service SOP.

• Complete general route responsibilities when necessary, safely operating company vehicles and following all applicable laws and company policy.

**Requirements:**

• Valid driver's license and a driving record free of chargeable accidents, speeding, safety, or other violations.

• Excellent customer service and route sales skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to comprehend and follow direction.

• Good time management skills and a team player attitude.

• Ability to recognize colors, sizes, and types of product and count, add, and subtract accurately.
