  • Conduct Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations into various types of crimes, gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses to build a strong case.
  • Collaborate with Law Enforcement Agencies: Work closely with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies to share intelligence and best practices.
  • Analyze Evidence: Analyze physical and digital evidence to identify patterns and connections that can aid in the investigation.
  • Develop and Implement Investigation Plans: Develop and implement investigation plans, taking into account the specific needs of each case.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Training and Education: Stay current with the latest training and education in the field of law enforcement, including forensic science and investigative techniques.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in law enforcement, with a focus on investigations.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Certifications: Valid law enforcement certification and a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Healthcare Fraud Investigative Experience: Experience working in a Medicaid Fraud Control Unit or conducting healthcare fraud investigations.
  • Sworn Law Enforcement Experience: At least 5 years of sworn law enforcement experience.
