**Job Summary**
As a Team Lead RN Emergency Department at workatuphs, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective nursing services.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
**Requirements**
• Graduate of a School of Nursing program.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a supervisor capacity, preferably in an emergency department setting.
• Current license as an RN in New Mexico.
• Current CPR certification.
• ACLS certification, with CEN certification preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
