Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$85,000, based on industry standards and the location.

Job Description:

As an Executive Chef Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all back-of-house (BOH) sanitation and operations, ensuring compliance with county health standards and company processes. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Supervising and training kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and presentation.
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies to minimize waste and optimize resources.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and dining experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• A minimum of two years of experience as a manager or executive chef in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
• Experience managing costs of goods sold (COGS) and labor, with a focus on efficiency and profitability.
• ServSafe certification or the ability to obtain it within six months of employment.
