**Job Summary:**
  We're seeking a highly skilled Gaming Video Lead to oversee the creation of captivating narratives for trailers and promotional content. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for guiding a group of talented capture artists and editors, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality video content, and providing expert direction on video capture, editing, and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  
  • Lead a team of capture artists and editors, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to help them grow professionally.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure seamless execution of video capture and editing initiatives.
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality, consistency, and professionalism in all aspects of video content creation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including game developers, marketing professionals, and creatives, to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve team processes and tools.

  

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in leading video capture or editing teams, with a track record of delivering high-quality content on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong technical skills in video editing software and/or capture technologies, with a deep understanding of their applications and limitations.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities, with a proven capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for video games and a thorough understanding of gaming culture and industry trends.
