Position Overview
The Full-Time Cleaner plays a crucial role in ensuring that all areas of the gym are spotless and inviting for our members.
Key Responsibilities
- Meticulously clean and disinfect restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floors.
- Ensure locker rooms are stocked with necessary supplies and paper products.
- Report any damaged or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager.
- Adhere to the 'Lost and Found Policy' by promptly turning in any lost items to management.
- Previous custodial experience is preferred.
- Dependability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work during the designated hours is required.
- Integrity and a strong work ethic are vital.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Professional demeanor in all interactions.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift.
- Regular reaching with hands, fingers, and arms.
- Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching.
- Ability to lift items weighing over 80 pounds occasionally.
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals may occur.
