Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee workflow within the Customer Support Area
  • Assist in the training and development of team members
  • Coordinate activities for the Customer Support Team
  • Effectively resolve customer concerns
  • Provide temporary coverage for receptionist duties
  • Engage in company-wide safety initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Preferred Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
  • Strong typing proficiency
  • Familiarity with AS400 System is advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service focus
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently
  • Ability to differentiate between colors
