Position Overview
Provider Solutions & Development is seeking a dedicated pediatrician to become part of a thriving, collaborative, and inclusive healthcare environment. Our pediatric division is comprised of experienced professionals, including pediatricians and physician assistants, supported by a committed team of nursing and administrative staff. We are devoted to delivering exceptional care to all pediatric patients, regardless of their background or financial situation.
- Focus on outpatient care
- Utilization of Epic EMR, Dragon, and DAX technologies
- Access to an on-call triage RN service available year-round
- Onsite diagnostic services including MRI, CT, ultrasound, x-ray, and laboratory testing
- Stable clinical team with a long tenure and low turnover rates
- Continuing Medical Education (CME) benefits comprising 40 hours of CME time and $3,500 for approved educational expenses (prorated for FTE)
- Financial support for professional licensing and memberships
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, and retirement plans (457(b) and 403b)
- Annual compensation range of $212,714 to $297,163
- Compensation may include productivity or quality/service incentives, along with available CME benefits.
