Job Summary:

The Test/Systems Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test and validation procedures to ensure the quality and reliability of our electrification products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform upfront analysis of technical requirements and determine if/how requirements can be met.
  • Complete detailed test design and test development work to validate products to system requirements.
  • Design mechanical and electrical hardware as needed.
  • Own the test concept and execution, ensuring development schedules and budgeted costs are met.
  • Communicate effectively within a cross-functional team and provide technical engineering leadership for customer-oriented projects.
  • Travel to customer locations to observe applications and collect information necessary for addressing specific customer needs.
  • Participate in vendor screening and product evaluation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Master's degree preferred).
  • 2+ years of relevant experience (experience in a regulated field preferred).
  • Experience developing electro-mechanical systems and designing test equipment and validation procedures.
  • Hands-on embedded system experience (hardware or software side).
