Your Key Responsibilities:- Bake all the fresh bread and pastries your cafe needs each day, using 100% real ingredients and maintaining our high standards for flavor and quality.
- Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed, ensuring our cafe is always spotless and ready for customers.
- Help build our culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust, partnering with your manager and team to create a positive and supportive work environment.
- Step in and support your manager and team, taking initiative to solve problems and meet goals with minimal supervision.
- A passion for baking, even if you're a beginner (6 to 8 weeks of training provided).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to food safety and health safety, with a focus on maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.
- A willingness to learn and grow, with a desire to partner with a fun, energized team that can work hard and laugh often.
