Responsibilities
  • Lead in the design and development of mechanical systems and components, ensuring all designs meet required standards and specifications.
  • Apply your expertise in HVAC, heavy industrial equipment, and power distribution to provide innovative solutions to complex engineering problems.
  • Use AFT Fathom, PipeFlo, PV Elite, and Trace 700 software to perform simulations, analyze data, and optimize designs.
  • Provide technical leadership to a team of engineers, mentoring them and ensuring the quality of their work.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all mechanical components and systems integrate seamlessly with other parts of the project.
  • Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of mechanical engineering and incorporate them into our practices.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and documentation as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree or Ph.D. will be considered an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the engineering industry.
  • Proven experience in HVAC, heavy industrial equipment, and power distribution.
  • Proficiency in using AFT Fathom, PipeFlo, PV Elite, and Trace 700 software.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a team of engineers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide innovative solutions to complex engineering problems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • A professional engineering (PE) license will be considered an advantage.
  • A strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
