Position Summary:

Role Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and workspaces to meet Strong Green Inc standards.
  • Continuously replenish supplies as needed.
  • Ensure customer areas, including restrooms and parking, are kept clean and welcoming.
  • Serve all products according to established specifications.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation protocols for all offerings.
  • Distribute information about products and cleanses promptly.
  • Prepare ingredients, operate the cash register, and assist with juicing as directed by management.
  • Practice proper portion control for all ingredients.
  • Handle cash transactions in accordance with company policies.
  • Effectively manage promotions and redeem coupons and gift cards as per guidelines.

The characteristics of the work environment and physical demands described here are typical for employees performing essential job functions.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in the food service or retail sector.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Food Handler certification must be obtained prior to employment.
  • Minimum age requirement: 16 years.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (4-8 hours).
  • Capability to reach, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Effective critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
